Appearance: Moderately tanned, dark brown hair, which is about an inch or two in length, generally gelled. Dark brown eyes, that may appear greenish-gray in the light.

Build: Very muscular, but slightly pudgy abdomen

Personality: Quiet and reserved upon initial meeting, but by the second or third encounter, you will discover he is very persuasive. He likes when he gets his way, but isn't completely disheartened when he doesn't. A bit of a flirt and he knows it.

Family:

Parents: Paul Jay Lisimba, Ex-Auror and current Hit Wizard at the Ministry, and Joelle Tuscoe, Muggle fashion designer.
Siblings: Stephanie, who is three years younger than him and a healer at St Mungos in the long-term care unit.

History: David is the eldest child of Paul and Joelle Lisimba, born in a small town in Austria. His parents moved to London, England when he was just two years old, and they have lived there ever since. His mother, of muggle descent, works from home designing muggle fashion and recently taken up creating some original Wizarding articles as well. Whereas, his father, works for the British Ministry as a Hit Wizard, which means he spent little time at home raising his two children. 

From a very early age, David was around mostly women, which means that though he is quite the gentlemen, he often forgets how to be more than just a friend. He attended Hogwarts and achieved average marks, but nowhere near as talented [or attractive] as his kid sister, Stephanie, who seemed to have taken all the good genes. Stephanie was the model student, star Chaser, and basically everything anyone could want. Which is why it was quite the surprise when David was named Head Boy in his seventh year. 

Upon graduating Hogwarts, David spent a few years simply traveling around Europe. He had little drive as to what he wanted to do, even after his sister was accepted and graduated Healer School after Hogwarts. His sister - always the perfect one. By the time she graduated Healer school, he was 24 and still unemployed and clueless; she encouraged David to work anyplace. To which he gained part-time employment as a Horticulturist at the Ministry due to his father. He lasted only one week before being fired for 'not caring enough about the plants'. 

Reluctantly, he took a job as a dishwasher at the local pub, which he managed to hold down that job for the next five years. Up until last week, when he spotted a classified ad for a new shopkeeper for a store in Diagon Alley. Not bothering to note WHAT shop it was, but just desperate to get away from washing dishes, David applied. A week later, he was notified that he had been hired, which was then that he also noted the shop was for BEAUTY Potions. Too late to back out - particularly as it was something MORE than dishwashing, David began setting up his new store. 

Who knows, perhaps he may have arbitrarily just found his calling . . . on accident. Or at least for a year when he grew steadily bored of the retail work and sold the ownership of the shop to some dude named Milton. Remaining jobless for another two years, David lived off his sister in the meanwhile. That was up until a month ago when she informed him that she was moving in with her steady boyfriend of one year. Not knowing what else to do - except that he couldn't afford a place of his own - he moved into the Leaky temporarily as he realized he needed to work. That was when he took up a part-time job as dishwasher at the Leaky as agreement to stay there for free. At least until he could find something better.
