Personality: Sophia Anne is a feisty, flirtatious, and extremely competitive young woman. Though she is quite the narcissist and generally stubborn, Sophia knows when to keep calm and dignified exterior as well. As the youngest child, she also knows how to get what she wants, when she wants it. She prefers to keep her own problems to herself and find the solutions on her own. Sophia also expects this of others she comes in contact with.

History: Sophia is the youngest child and only daughter born to Helena and Paul Vivaldi. She was born to a long line of Slytherclaws, including her six older brothers, but she herself was a Hufflepuff. Her mother was a Healer, while her father worked in Accidents & Catastrophes as an Obliviator at the Ministry and was rarely around due to long work hours during most of her childhood years.

While maintaining dignity and propriety was always a passion of Sophia's, and the well respected path for a lady according to her mother, Sophia also had an inner rebellious side which desired to vent off some frustrations on the quidditch pitch as her brothers did. By not allowing her grades to suffer, Sophia discovered she could do both; she managed - without her parent's consent - to play Hufflepuff Beater from second to seventh years (and was pretty darned good at it too!)

During Hogwarts, Sophia was also good friends with Kaylee Grace; the pair often inseparable and seen as 'rivals' to Anastasia Bunbury and Georgia Mayes. She and Kaylee were pretty much the best of friends until something unforgivable happened in their fifth year, which Sophia didn't discover until two years later. Nonetheless, since that 'conflict of interests', the pair was split up until only just recently.

In addition to her feisty beater skills, Sophia proved exceptionally talented in the following subjects: Potions, Transfiguration, DADA, Charms, and Arithmancy. Directly after Hogwarts, per her mother's wishes she studied for two years on the Healer track before deciding it was not for her. She then pursued the route of working in Gringotts as a Cursebreaker for almost three years, before moving onto experimental potions research.

While potions research was fascinating, her eyes were set onto something larger: A position at the Ministry that with her strong background in a variety of subjects, combined with some connections, she was able to score the job as Department Head of Mysteries. Though the Department Head position was everything Sophia could have dreamed of (and more) - great pay/benefits, awesome colleagues, being in charge - after a year, there still seemed to be something missing. It is for that reason of which Sophia sought managerial position for a shop in Diagon Alley. Sure enough, she managed to secure herself a position as Shopkeeper of Madame Primpernelle's Beauty Potions; a shop that ANY fashionista could only DREAM about getting their hands on.


Sophia continued work as shopkeeper up until 2071 when she was driven out by a pest infestation. It might sound silly for the former beater and only girl in a family of older brothers, but Sophia didn't like the pests and thus abandoned her position as Primpernelle's Shopkeeper, not really caring what or who took it over. In the meantime, she sought work at her previous company with experimental potions and has been doing research work there ever since.
