APPEARANCE
Gideon has dark brown hair, large light brown eyes. He's rather muscular and husky built, with broad shoulders. He stands at just under six feet, being five foot eleven.

PERSONALITY
Gideon is both the joker and the genius. He knows the precise moment to keep his mouth shut, but also when to laugh. He loves teasing (particularly his big sister), while at the same time has a sense of mysteriousness to him.
Loud and ambitious, Gideon always seems to know the right things to say at the right time. He likes to be heard AND seen, which being the baby in the family helps contribute to his desire to be the center-of-attention. Despite himself, he's very protective of his family and there's nothing more important to him NOW than that.

Likes: jokes, good conversations, teasing my big sister Daphne, playing quidditch beater, genuinely having a good time.
Dislikes: cocky attitudes unless they're my own
Aspirations: who needs aspirations? They're overrated. But I guess it would include getting to know my nieces that I've never met.

History:
Gideon MacNeil was born to Matthew and Cali MacNeil in Glasgow, Scotland on March 26th. He is considered to be both the troublemaker and the philanthropist between the MacNeil siblings. His parents always had such high expectations for him, considering he played as beater for five years on the Slytherin house team, not to mention achieving the rank of Head Boy in his seventh year.


However, despite those expectations, upon graduating Hogwarts in 2048, Gideon disappeared from his whole family and friends entirely for the next 25 years. Rumor had it that he went undercover for the Ministry or worse, was killed. Some said he ran off with Bridgette, a girl he had been seeing on and off during their last two years of school. But when Bridgette reappeared after a year, that rumor was shot down. He didn't even know of his nieces; however, he was vaguely aware of when his sister was pregnant with Millie right before his two and a half decade-long disappearance. Daphne needed her kid brother more than anything, particular five years prior when Travis was killed. She prayed for his safe return soon because she feared for her daughters growing up without a fatherly image. This was testimony to how they truly did like each other, despite their constant bickering and teasing. 


Twenty-five years later and still without much change in his fun-loving, joking demeanor, Gideon returned to London in hopes of reconciling where all else was lost. In hopes of perhaps meeting and guiding his two grown nieces, presuming they wanted him in their life still. Using his skills in which he had gained over the past twenty-five years, plus his joyful, carefree personality, Gideon applied to Gringotts as a cursebreaker without any knowledge that one of his nieces actually worked there. He got the job at the bank, but not specific to curse-breaking; rather he could be working anywhere within the well-known bank. It didn't matter because he was closer to the family he'd never really known.
